At The Ideal Child, right from the beginning, we wanted to share the responsibility of parents & school by providing care & quality to the children in the form of an After School Development program. PIESE Methodology

Training Pedagogy

The combination of different below mentioned pedagogy usage is what makes The Ideal Child trainings as well as teaching styles different:

  • ABL (Activity Based Learning):

    Under this pedagogy style, the child is not only told or informed about a fact but also asked to perform & verify it as well. This pedagogy not only ensures that the child understands the concept but also ascertains that s/he remembers & possibly utilizes this in his/ her daily life.

  • Learning Partners:

    As mentioned above, we consider all children as our partners & befriend them so as to be able to consciously elevate their developments to the level required. This usually is not possible in a student – teacher relationship as the student never befriends the teacher but instead starts fearing them.

  • Life Skills Integration:

    All around the world Life Skills based Education (LSBE) is being adopted to empower young minds in challenging situations. UNICEF classifies Life Skills into nine major groups. Among them, most important being Communication & Interpersonal, Cooperation & Team Work, Critical Thinking & Decision making. These skills form the basis of overall personality & psychosocial development of a child. There are very few places where children get exposure to these skills. At The Ideal Child we have woven all these Life Skills into the Developmental & Educational Supplement programs so as to equip the children of today with these essentials & emerge as a winner among the crowd.

  • MI (Multiple Intelligence):

    There are majorly eight different types of MIs as described in the adjoining graphic.
    We first understand the prominent/ developed MIs in every child & then exercise them through two channels:

    • To ensure that the appropriate method of learning is utilized for faster & deeper absorption.
    • To ensure that all other non-developed MIs are also cultivated with the help of proper dosage of different supplements.
